Vicki Gunvalson is selling her home the old-fashioned way - no bank involved lol.  Her Coto de Caza real estate was listed nearly half a year ago and has been chopped in price by $100,000. Gunvalson’s home is now listed for $2,395,000. Vicki wishes to get rid of them home because its maintence alone cost $300,000 per year.

Vicki Gunvalson's Ex husband Donn Gunvalson Has Prostate Cancer

The National Enquirer, is reporting Donn Gunvalson has Prostate Cancer. Vicki's son Michael, 26, told the Enquirer 

“It has sort of been weird around here for the past year or so. Donn has been very sick, Briana eloped to Las Vegas last fall, and my mom is dealing with a lot of different emotions. It’s a very stressful time right now in the Gunvalson household.”

Vicki was the one to break the news. Michael says, “My mom was upset when she told us. Since they are divorcing, we don’t see Donn as much as we used to. But we still care about him and are pulling for him.”

Vicki, 49, filed for divorce from Donn, 58, back in 2010 after 16 years of marriage. Source
